Terms of service

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered.

3. Production & Shipping
All books are printed on demand. Average production time is 5 business days. Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partner Bookvault and their chosen carriers. Delivery times vary based on destination.

4. No Right of Withdrawal for Print-on-Demand
Because our products are individually printed for you, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. (German Civil Code)

5. Returns & Defects
Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue to arrange a replacement.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of the Seller.
